Eligibility criteria :
Below are the Loan Against Property eligibility criteria:
• Nationality should be Indian.
• Minimum age: 21 years and Maximum age: 60 years (Salaried) and 65 years (Self-employed).
• Salaried Individuals - Must be employed with a government body or reputed private company & Regular and stable income to ensure repayment capability.
• Self-Employed - Business owners, traders, contractors, etc & Regular and stable income to ensure repayment capability.
• Property Type - Residential, commercial, or industrial property accepted. Property must be self-owned and have clear title.
• Typically up to 60–70% of the market value of the property.
• CIBIL score should be 700 or above.
